Claire is a Clinical Psychologist with experience providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, parents, and adults. Claire utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to work with individuals with a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, neurodivergent diagnoses, and complex trauma. In addition to therapy, Claire has experience in conducting comprehensive assessments of autism, ADHD, and cognitive and learning difficulties.

Claire is a board-approved supervisor with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

With a trauma-informed approach, Claire emphasises the importance of understanding and addressing the impact of past experiences on present mental health. She aims to create a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore difficult emotions, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. When working with children and young people, she maintains a curious and creative approach, and aims to include parents and carers.

Claire has experience working in multiple locations across Australia including Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and Victoria. She also has experience working with First Nations peoples.
