Psychologist - Clinical Registrar
Hilary completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Tasmania.
Hilary aims to provide an authentic, warm, and collaborative therapeutic space for clients to work towards their goals. She is passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan to address a range of concerns including anxiety and mood disorders, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. Hilary uses therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, and works with clients to find out what best suits them.
Hilary also has experience with cognitive and academic assessments for children, adolescents and adults to help people to understand their difficulties and provide recommendations for future supports.
